DWCS signs Agreement with GARG Casteels (Pvt) Limited to be European Sales Agent. Investment Casting foundry based in Gujarat, India.

The company produces investment castings in aluminium, stainless steels, Hi Silicon, bronze, and “exotic” alloys for the automotive, petrochemical, medical, valve / pump, military, and railway industries.

Accreditations awarded to ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/TS 16949: 2000 standards

DWCS signs first Agency Agreement with ISBO-member company, Meccanica Sarti.  Integrated Subcontractors – Bologna (Italy) (ISBO) is a recently formed corporation of 11 long established companies – backed by the Bologna Chamber of Commerce. Appointed Agent for UK and Ireland.

J.S.AutoCast to exhibit at NEWCAST-GIFA 2011. The exhibition will be held at the Fair Ground, Dusseldorf, Germany from 28/06 – 02/07/2011. JSAC will be in Hall 14, Stand E42-04.

11/05/2010  Denizciler foundry to exhibit at SUBCON 2010

Turkish foundry client, Denizciler, will be exhibiting at SUBCON 2010. The show will take place in Hall 3a, NEC, Birmingham, 8th – 10th June, inclusive.
Denizciler’s stand number is B26. All existing and potential customers are welcome to visit our stand so we can show you our products & facilities, and discuss how we may be able to help with your casting requirements.

22/12/2009  J.S. Auto Cast wins order to supply prototype turbine housing castings.

JS Auto Cast won an order in Dec ‘09 to supply a major multi-national turbo charger manufacturer with prototype housings in a HiSiMoCr Grade. The housings will be supplied fully machined using JSAC’s in-house machining facilities.
 

21/12/2009  DWCS exchanges Sales Agency contract with Turkish foundry, Denizciler.

DWCS signed a contract to act as Sales Agent covering the UK and Ireland for Turkish Foundry, Denizciler.
Based in Izmir, Denizciler was established in 1978 and produces Grey and Ductile Iron castings in the weight range 0.20 – 3000 kgs, as well as supplying a range of pipe / tube fittings under the trade name euroklemp®. An established UK company is currently being sought to act as the Distributor for the euroklemp fittings. The addition of Denizciler into the DWCS portfolio is seen as complimentary to the existing supply base on offer to customers. 24/07/2009  MCPS wins new wind farm contract

MCPS Limited has won the contract to supply the Cathodic Protection for the wind turbine installations on the Thanet Wind Farm. This is the first major contract in MCPS’ drive to become a major player in the renewables market.

In line with revised minimum freelance rates suggested by the Society for Editors and Proofreaders, fees have been amended to:
Proofreading: £17-22 per hour, depending on text
                       £ 3.75 per page.

Contract signed to represent JS Auto Cast Foundry, based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, Southern India, as European Sales Agent. The company was set-up in January 2005, and specialises in the following product ranges: SiMo exhaust manifolds and turbine housings; Machined ductile iron castings for earthmoving, hydraulic and engineering applications; Prototype development for critical parts such as turbine housings and exhaust parts.

04/01/2008  OLIVA-1925 BID TO BUY-OUT FOUNDRY

Oliva -1925 have recently submitted an offer to buyout a foundry in Portugal. The facilities available include a another GF moulding line, but larger than the one currently operating at Oliva, having a mould size of 1100mm x 900mm. The land area available is 40,000 sq.m; covered area is 14,000 sq.m. Capacity is 5,000 tonnes a year which would almost double that available at the moment; but 2 other parties are also bidding.
